1. Services

Skyline Media provides professional real estate photography, videography, drone aerial imaging, virtual staging, floor plans, and related media services ("Services") to real estate agents, brokers, property managers, and homeowners in the Metro Detroit area.

2. Booking and Scheduling

By booking a session with Skyline Media, you agree to:

Provide accurate property information and access details
Ensure the property is ready for photography at the scheduled time
Be present or arrange access for our team
Notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

4. Delivery and Turnaround

We strive to deliver all media within 24 hours of the shoot. Complex projects or additional editing requests may require additional time. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon delivery of final media unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

6. Usage Rights and Licensing

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered media for:

MLS listings and real estate marketing
Social media promotion
Print materials and flyers
Website and online advertising

Skyline Media retains the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Liability

Skyline Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Property Access and Safety

You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the property. Skyline Media is not responsible for any damage to property that occurs during a shoot unless directly caused by our negligence. For drone services, we comply with all FAA regulations and may be unable to fly in certain restricted areas or weather conditions.

9. Revisions and Edits

Standard packages include basic editing and color correction. Additional revisions or special editing requests may incur extra charges. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
